Before you write about a problem
Most support emails describe something already covered, and you'll get an answer faster from the guide than from us:
- Shizuku stuck on "Connecting" → Shizuku setup and connection fixes
- The 120 FPS option isn't appearing → Why the 120 FPS option isn't showing
- It stopped working after a game update → usually the app needs an update to match the new game version; here's what to check first
- Not sure whether your phone can do 120 FPS → Does my phone support 120 FPS?
- The game stutters or rubber-bands → How to fix lag in BGMI
What to include in a bug report
If you've been through the relevant guide and the problem persists, these five details make the difference between a useful report and an unanswerable one:
- Your phone's make and model, and its Android version
- Your display's refresh rate (the app shows it on the home screen)
- The app version you're running
- The game and region - BGMI, PUBG Mobile Global, Korean or Taiwan - and the game version
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
App reviews and ratings
Feedback about the app itself is often best left as a Google Play review, where the developer can respond publicly and other users can see the answer.
Corrections to this site
If something in a guide is wrong, out of date, or doesn't match your experience on a device we haven't tested, please tell us. Include the page and what you found instead. We'd rather correct it than leave it up.
Response times
This is a small operation, so replies aren't instant. Anything that already has a guide will be answered with a link to that guide - which is why it's worth checking the list above first.
